3. Can I cancel my enrollment ?

A: No, once you register for any course, we immediately setup everything for you. So if you wish to cancel your enrollement, we will not be able to refund any amount. Therefore, we recommend to choose your course properly before enrolling. In case you need any information before and after enrolling for any course, please feel free to contact us.

4. What is Cashback Code ?

A: Cashback Code is different from Discount Coupon Code. Coupon Code is applied at the time of payment while checking out. Whereas Cashback Code is to be entered in the Course Registration Form which opens after the payment.

5. How does Cashback Code work ?

A: If you have a Cashback Code, please enter it while filling the Course Registration Form. You can redeem Cashback in two ways: either by transferring the Cashback amount to your Bank account or by using the Cashback amount for next purchase. If you wish to deposit the Cashback amount in your Bank account, please send your Bank details to harsh.gauranga@gmail.com. If you wish to use the Cashback amount for next purchase, please inform us whenever you wish to make your next purchase and we will send you a discounted payment link in which the discount will be equal to your Cashback amount.

6. What does 5% Cashback means ?

A: It means 5% of the amount you have actually paid (after deducting all discounts) in your purchase.

7. Is Cashback Code transferrable ?

A: Yes, you can gift the Cashback Code or the Cashback amount to anyone but you will be required to verify when asked by our representative on your registered phone number.
